It is a personal business account that allows to crowdfund events and music, as well as sell music, create artist pages and Discographies. Here you can directly interact with fans, music lovers and concert goers.

Who can create an Organizer account?
The account can be created by private or legal person. The private person has to be over the age of 18 y.o.
What can I do as an Organizer?
Organizer can create artist pages, event or music album crowdfunding campaigns, sell music, create various posts and curate artist pages.
Why can't I find my country when signing up?
Your country is in the Blacklist.
Can I pledge or buy music and tickets as an Organizer?
No. In order to pledge or buy you have to be registered as a Fan.
Do I need to pay to use Organizer account?
No, you don't need. It is completely free to sign up and use it.
Can I have an Organizer and a Fan account simultaneously?
Yes, but you have to create these account with different emails.

How do I sign in, if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, enter your email and click on the “Forgot?” button. Next, follow the instructions.
What is the “Campaigns” tab on my Organizer account page?
Here, you can create event or music crowdfunding campaigns, as well as see all of your previous campaigns.
Where can my followers see my posts?
Posts can be found in the News Feed and your personal page.
What the information can be seen on my account page?
All users can see the information that you have entered in the “About” tab.
Who can follow my Professional page?
Fans and other professionals can follow your page.
How do I invite my friends to follow my page from other social media?
Go to “Find Friends” tab on your “Activity” and connect to your Social Media pages.
Why do I need to verify my Organizer Account?
It is necessary to verify your Organizer Account to make money transfers from your crowdfunding campaigns and music sales.
How can I verify my Organizer Account?
Go to the “Settings” tab and find “KYC” (Know Your Client) subsection and follow the instructions.
What can I do on my Organizer account page?
You can:
  • Create and curate artist pages;
  • Create crowdfunding event and music campaigns;
  • Control campaigns` payments;
  • Get statistics on the ticket and music sales;
  • Communicate via the in-messenger.
How do I recover my Organizer account, if it has been deleted?
You have 30 days to recover your Organizer account. In order to do this, contact us.
How is my personal data protected?
Your personal data is protected under the data protection principles of the Office of the Information Commissioner, UK.
Why should I submit my nationality when signing up?
It is a requirement by the Payment Provider we work with.

Artist clubs

Why create an Artist club?
Artist club is an official page of the particular artist or band. Here, you can sell music, create crowdfunding campaigns on the behalf of this page, post artist or band related information.

Where are the posts shown that I`ve posted on the Artist club?
The posts are shown in your Artist club feed and in your friends News feed.
Who can see my “About” information?
Everyone who visits your page can see the information that you have entered in the “About” section.

Fans and other professionals.

Uploading and selling music

What is the quantity of albums (paid or free) can i upload to my discography?
It`s unlimited.
In which format can I upload music and what is the maximum length of the track?
You can upload MP3 files, 320 kBit.
What is the number of paid or free tracks that can be in an album?
Unlimited.
Can I add music to Discography on behalf of my Organizer account?
No, you can't. There is no Discography in an Organizer account. Create an Artist club to get a Discography.
Where can my fans purchase my music?
Fans can purchase music in Discography at your Artist club and in their News Feed.
Where can I see the statistics for my music sales?
All the music sales statistics you can find in the section “Manage”.
Do I need to provide UPC or ISRC codes when uploading my music?
No, you don't need to.

Copyright

Who owns my music?
Show4me does not have any ownership or intellectual property rights for the music. You have 100% ownership.
Can I add remixes to my Discography?
Yes, you are able to, as long as you own the appropriate rights. When your remix is based on another artist’s track, you will require rights holder’s permission in order to upload and publish your personal remix on Show4me.
Reminder: please keep in mind that the creator of the original track may not necessarily retain all of the appropriate rights, especially if the music has been licensed to a recording company. Meaning that, their permission alone may not be sufficient enough. Hence we would like to advise you to be extra careful and make sure that you have all the relevant permissions from the correct rights holders prior to uploading your remix.
Can I upload compilation albums to my Discography?
Yes,if you are a right holder of the music.
Can I upload tracks of a different artist to my Discography, if I do not own its copyrights?
No, you can't. Such tracks will be deleted as soon as they are found.
My music is already uploaded to someone’s Discography. How do I prove my copyrights?
Contact us to [email protected]
I have been notified, that the music I’ve uploaded is owned by another artist and is going to be deleted. What can I do?
If you receive such notification, it means that you infringe Show4me`s Terms of Use. The music will be deleted and you will be banned for 14 days.
If you believe that the rights to the music belong to you, please fill out the form.

Payments

How to transfer my money from music sales to my bank account?
Visit “Money Transfers” at the “Manage” section and follow the instructions.
How much time does it take to transfer gathered funds?
Usually it takes 3-5 days.
What is the fee for the transfer to my bank account?
Can I transfer money from Show4me to my PayPal wallet?
No, you can't. Show4me doesn`t work with PayPal payment service

Identity verification (KYC)

What does KYC means and why Identity verification is necessary?
KYC means "Know Your Customer" is the process of a business identifying and verifying the identity of its clients. The term is also used to refer to the bank and anti-money laundering regulations which governs these activities. The KYC is a set of legal obligations related to our Payment Processor license as an electronic money issuer and is necessary in order to fight fraud, money laundering and financing of terrorism.
What will happen in case KYC procedure is not passed?
You must pass KYC procedure to get an access to the following options:
  • in case you are an Organizer and you have successfully funded your crowdfunding campaign you can request the first money transfer to your bank account. This request is available only after KYC procedure is passed. Please note, that you have to pass a KYC procedure only once for further financial operations via Show4me platform;
  • in case you would like to receive money from your Album sales to your bank account you can request the transfer. This request is available only after KYC procedure is passed. Please note, that you have to pass a KYC procedure only once for further financial operations via Show4me platform;
  • in case you would like to get a “Verified” status for your Artist club you will be asked to pass a KYC procedure for this.
What I need to pass KYC procedure if I am an Organizer?
There is a difference for Private person and Company (Legal entity). In case you are a Private person you must provide the following valid and up-to-date documents:
  • ID Card (Front AND Back) or Passport, or driving licence for UK, USA and Canada (a passport is required outside of SEPA area).

In case you are a Company (Legal entity) you must provide the following valid and up-to-date documents:

  • ID Card (Front AND Back) or Passport, or driving licence for UK, USA and Canada (a passport is required outside of SEPA area). IMPORTANT: this document should refer to the individual duly empowered to act on behalf of the legal entity;
  • Certified articles of association (Statute) - formal memorandum stated by the entrepreneurs, in which the following information is mentioned: business name, activity, registered address, shareholding etc.;
  • Extract from the Company Register issued within the last three months(4). In the case of an organization or sole trader, this can be a proof of registration from the official authority
  • Correctly filled and executed Beneficial ownership statement (shareholder declaration).

Concert crowdfunding

What is Concert crowdfunding?
Concert crowdfunding allows artists to book their own concerts with their fans participation. Fans and music lovers can pledge in advance and get their tickets with 40% early birds discound. When the minimum Funding goal (Confirmation point) is reached, the concert is confirmed and the date is set. Then, the ticket price returns to its standart rate. If the minimum Funding goal is not reached, all the pledgers are fully refunded automatically.

Can I launch more than one crowdfunding event campaign simultaneously, of one and/or different types?
Yes. You can launch as many different campaigns as you want.
What are the types of event crowdfunding campaigns on Show4me?
There are Show, Intimate concert and Private event campaigns.
Are there any restrictions on the Funding Goal’s amount?
No, there are not. You can set any amount you want.
What is a Confirmation Point and why do I need to set it?
Confirmation Point means reaching a breakeven point for your event campaign. It consists of the expenses and your minimum profit for your event.
What is the minimum and maximum Funding Period for a crowdfunding campaign?
The minimum Funding Period is 7 days and the maximum Funding Period is 150 days. If successful, you have additional 150 days to hold the event.
In which currencies can I launch my campaign?
Show4me works with 10 currencies, such as: US Dollar, GB Pound, Euro, Canadian Dollar, Norwegian Krone, Danish Krone, Swedish Krona, Polish Zloty, Swiss Franc and South African Rand.
My crowdfunding campaign has reached its Confirmation Point. What should my next steps be?
When your campaign has reached its Confirmation Point, you should:
  • set the date and the time of the event
  • sign the money transfer agreement
  • make all the payments related to your event
  • sell more tickets to your confirmed event
If my crowdfunding campaign didn’t reach its Confirmation Point. Do I need to do anything to refund pledgers` money?
You are not required to do anything. Pledgers will be fully refunded automatically.
How do pledgers receive their tickets?
Show4me automatically sends out E-tickets to the pledgers, when they have pledged.
Is it possible to not raise the prices of the tickets by 40%?
You cannot. It is a part and parcel of Show4me model. Due to this feature, you motivate fans to pledge for tickets or for music at the Crowdfunding Pre-order stage. Saving 40% of the ticket or album price.

Music crowdfunding

What is a crowdfunding album campaign?
It is a pre-sale model based on crowdfunding, i.e. you are able to engage more fans and music lovers to your music production and cover its costs before the release. Moreover, it is completely risk-free, moneywise.

Yes. You can launch your campaign to record, master, produce, etc., your music.

Fees

Do I need to pay anything to use Show4me?
No, Show4me Music Interaction Network is completely free.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there aren't.
Concert and Music crowdfunding fees
Show4me fee is 6% added on top of the overall amount of your estimated costs and profit. It won`t be retracted from your profit. Meaning that you receive 100% of the amount you`ve set. If your crowdfunding campaign does not reach its Funding goal or Confirmation point, you won`t be charged.
What fees and commissions are there, when selling my music on Show4me?
Show4Me fee for music sale is 10%.
Should I pay anything, if my campaign didn’t reach a Confirmation Point or a Funding Goal?
No, you shouldn't. That is why we are absolutely risk free business network.

Who is a Show4me Certified Agent?
Show4me Certified Agent is a private or legal person officially certified by Show4Me Music Interaction Network to represent interests of the network worldwide. SCA is eligible for payments on the basis of a success related activities as to the network.
