3. Modification of these Official Rules
Show4me reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these rules with giving 14 calendar days advance notice to you with explanation on how the terms will be amended. Show4me reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, or discontinue Show4me Talent Program and the Service (including without limitation, the availability of any feature, database, or content) with giving extended time advance notice, unless such advance notice is impossible due to force-majeure (Acts of God). Such notices will be made by posting a notice on the Site and by sending you an e-mail. Your continued use of Show4me Talent Program and the Service following the posting of any changes to these Official Rules constitutes acceptance of those changes. Notwithstanding the preceding sentences of this section, no modifications to these Official Rules will apply to any dispute between you and Show4me that arose prior to the date of such modification.
5. Program’s goals
The Program is aimed at increasing the popularity of Show4me’s Crowdfunding Service among up-and-coming musicians and bands and providing Selected Participants with assistance on using Show4me’s Crowdfunding Service. This is a real go-to-market “fast-track” option where Selected Participants can organize a small Event for their dedicated fans/audience using funds collected through Crowdfunding Service.
The Program will be held for a duration of 12 months, starting from October 2019. The Program may be extended upon the respective sole decision of Show4me.
The Selected Participants will be selected with a structured process described in these Official Rules.
6. Who may participate
The Call is eligible for all users of the Site or Service that applied to the Call.

Upon accepting these Official Rules, the Applicant agrees to consent to the processing of the personal data included in Application for the purpose of organization of the Program, registration and selection of the Applicant and any other activity necessary exclusively for the purposes of running the Program and in compliance with applicable legislation.
Applicants can resign from participation in the Program at their own discretion.

8. Evaluation of the Applications
Valuation and selection of the Selected Participants
The Selected Participants will be chosen by the Evaluation Panel who will evaluate each Application in its absolute sole discretion in accordance with the Evaluation Method referenced below.
The Evaluation Panel will be set up and selected to evaluate the Applicants on a case by case scenario.
The Evaluation Panel shall evaluate each Applicant within 72 hours of receiving the Application.
Internal or, in case, external experts, could be involved in the Call, in order to provide support and expertise to the Evaluation Panel.
The Selected Participants will be chosen by the Evaluation Panel in their sole discretion and its decisions are final and binding on all matters.
The evaluation method, assessment and Evaluation Panel may vary on a case by case basis, it being understood that (the “Evaluation Method”): the Show4me Talent Program is not a competition, and Applicants will be chosen based on the application of the factors that the Evaluation Panel deems necessary in its absolute discretion, including without limitation the markets, and skill, talent and potential displayed in the Application, and any other factor it decides to include, with the possibility that the markets, and skill, talent and potential are not considered at all by the Evaluation Panel, and that the Evaluation Panel may decide in its absolute discretion to apply only an arbitrary factor in taking its decision.
The Applicant acknowledges that while talent may be taken into consideration, there is no ‘talent criteria’ to take part in the Show4me Talent Program; and while the Show4me Talent Program aims to also promote those who have displayed outstanding performances or have shown potential for the attraction of the public (fans), the Evaluation Method may result in the acceptance of Applicants from a wide range of skill, talent and potential, including without limitation a lower level.
Selected Participants Notification
Applicants that are the Selected Participants of the Call will be notified via email to the address they stated in their Application. The email will include further instructions about the participation in the Program.
Should the Application be declined, the Applicant shall receive an email to the address they stated in the Application notifying that their Application was declined.
Selected Participants of the Call may be required to sign additional documents needed by Show4me and/or Partners which, if requested, must be received fully-executed within seven (7) days from Show4me’s and/or Partners’ request otherwise the Selected Participants may be disqualified.
If the Selected Participant is not compliant with these Official Rules, or has failed to execute and return any required documents within the specified time period, or has made false statements in any document required by Show4me and/or the Partners, then such Selected Participant will be disqualified.
If a Selected Participant is disqualified for any reason, at Show4me’s discretion, another participant may be declared the alternative Selected Participant.
